Arranged across six levels, the house brings together living, dining, and sleeping spaces with terraces and a rooftop plunge pool, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living. Designed by AP Valletta with interiors by AND Architects, it combines historic architecture with contemporary detailing, resulting in a setting that feels personal, spacious, and fully integrated into Valletta.

Generous internal and external space is distributed across six levels, all seamlessly connected by a lift. Living and dining areas are designed for gathering and daily life, including a harbour-facing living room with a panoramic window and fireplace, as well as a dedicated office overlooking the water. The two bedrooms are positioned to allow privacy and retreat, while terraces and rooftop areas extend the experience outdoors, giving the house a sense of openness that is rare within the city.

Each room has its own character. The first opens onto the Grand Harbour, with views across the water that carry through to the bath and shower. The second looks out over city streets and can be arranged with twin beds or as a king, giving the house flexibility for couples, families, or friends travelling together.
Across both rooms, clean architectural lines are complemented by more expressive design moments, from bold colour accents to sculptural lighting. Together, the bedrooms create a varied but cohesive experience, balancing individuality with a shared sense of refinement.
Multiple bathrooms are distributed throughout the house, finished in marble and designed for everyday comfort. The layout allows the residence to function smoothly for groups, with bathrooms positioned for ease and convenience across all levels.
Views run throughout the house, with the Grand Harbour framed from the main living spaces and one of the bedrooms, and the city from others. Outside, the terraces and rooftop open up the outlook further, across Valletta and out to the harbour beyond, offering moments of pause above the city.
