ION at Sea
An experience defined by privacy, craftsmanship and the beauty of the Mediterranean, ION at Sea transforms Simon Rogan’s two-Michelin-starred ION Harbour into an intimate journey on the water. From 19 June to 4 October 2026, an iconic Riva 44 yacht becomes a private dining destination for just one party of two to five guests each evening. Surrounded by uninterrupted sea views and attentive, personalised service, guests are invited to savour exceptional cuisine in a setting where every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

ION at Sea offers two distinct ways to experience life on the water.
The Dinner Cruise invites guests aboard at sunset for an intimate evening in the Grand Harbour, where Michelin-starred dining is paired with sweeping views of Valletta and the Three Cities.
For those seeking a longer escape, the Ultimate Cruise unfolds over an afternoon and evening, cruising Malta’s southern coastline, swimming in crystal-clear waters, and ending with dinner at a secluded anchorage of your choice.
In both experiences, every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, allowing guests to simply relax, connect, and savour the moment.
